The Litigation Department is seeking a commercial litigator with five to seven years' experience to join the NJ office. The candidate should have excellent academic credentials and a judicial clerkship in a New Jersey Court is a plus. The candidate should be admitted in New Jersey and New York State and District Courts.

The candidate should have significant experience in: (i) case management; (ii) motion practice; (iii) taking and defending depositions; and (vi) trial preparation. The candidate should also have appellate practice experience as well as experience with criminal white collar matters. Candidates must submit a resume and writing sample in order to be considered for this position.
