The qualified candidate will be a junior to mid-level associate with 5-7 years' experience in the following areas: land use, redevelopment, local government law, commercial litigation and/or complex civil litigation.Land Use/redevelopment experience should include conducting zoning analyses, pursuing re-zoning, seeking variances and negotiating and drafting development agreements. Experience representing planning or zoning boards a plus.Commercial Litigation/Complex Civil Litigation experience to include exemplary research/writing skills, motion practice and taking/defending depositions.
