The Irvine office of Bryan Cave LLP is seeking to hire an associate in our Private Client Group. The primary responsibilities of the position include legal counsel in Trusts & Estates matters including estate planning, drafting, estate administration, charitable formation and tax related advice, and business succession planning.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of work experience, strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, superb writing skills, a strong work ethic, and a demonstrated desire to pursue a long term career in trust and estate planning in a large law firm setting.
