Stradley Ronon is currently seeking an experienced professional for an opportunity as a full time mid-level Staff Attorney to join our Mortgage and Lending Litigation Group in our Cherry Hill, NJ Office. This Staff Attorney will work with a dynamic team representing a variety of banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, auto finance companies, debt collection companies and other financial services companies.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

Required Skills:

· At least 4 years of experience in commercial defense litigation work

· Excellent written and verbal communication work involving federal and state laws

· Admitted to New Jersey

Preferred Skills:

· At least 4 years of experience in commercial finance and lending experience

· Experience with loan restructuring, workouts and general business matters

· Admitted to Pennsylvania
