Technology company is looking for attorney to review, redline and negotiate data processing agreements. Strong knowledge of data privacy/GDPR matters required. The candidate should also have strong experience reviewing and negotiating SaaS/cloud contracts and related implementation contracts.  Work is on project basis, involving approximately 10-20 hours/month. Remote work is acceptable. Good opportunity for right person to supplement existing work. Only qualified candidates will receive response.
