Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm, has an opening for a health law associate for its Ann Arbor office. Dykema's Health Care Practice Group serves the health care industry and works as part of an integrated and inter-disciplinary team with other practices of the Firm to meet client needs. Candidates should have two to three years' experience in health care regulatory and/or transactional law, with a preference for candidates with experience relating to the post-acute and long-term care industry. Superior analytical and communication skills sought, including precise writing. The position involves issues of licensing and certification, including certificate of need; Medicare/Medicaid and FDA regulatory matters; contracting and compliance, including fraud and abuse analysis; and various regulatory filings and transactional support, particularly with respect to post-acute/long-term care providers.
