Garden City law firm seeks full time attorney for Worker's Compensation department. Candidate will provide legal representation to our clients before the Workers' Compensation Board in all aspects of claimant's worker's compensation litigation. Candidate will be responsible to handle cases from start to finish. Responsibilities include negotiating settlements, doctor's depositions, and appeals.
 Job Requirements:
 -Juris Doctor
 -Minimum 2 years of experience
 -Accustomed to high volume law practice environment
 -Accurate diary management
 -strong analytical skills
 -Good negotiation skills
 -Strong oral and written communication skills
