Thompson & Knight is looking for an attorney with at least 2-6 years of experience in labor and employment to work on a contract basis in their San Francisco office. In this role, the attorney will be responsible for working on the defense of single-plaintiff FEHA cases and employment class and collective action cases.

The candidate must be an excellent writer. A writing sample and resume should be submitted as part of the online application. Large law firm experience is preferred. The position may be ideal for a hard-working individual seeking a position with greater flexibility.

Requirements

• At least 2-6 years of Labor & Employment experience

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Current license to practice law in California

• Outstanding writing skills

• Must be able to work independently under only general supervision
