The firm is currently seeking to hire one or more attorneys with solid experience in commercial litigation on a non-partnership track, contract basis to assist with financial services litigation cases. Applicants should be available to work for the firm on an exclusive basis. Compensation will be set based upon level of experience and agreed upon commitment. In addition to base compensation, the attorney will be eligible to participate in firm's 401(K) Savings Plan. Work arrangements would be determined mutually, with reduced hour options and telecommuting flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have overall litigation case management experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery including depositions, and experience in court proceedings. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required. Experience litigating banking and mortgage defense cases is required. Arizona, Colorado, and/or New Mexico bar admissions preferred.
