Staff Attorney - Labor and Employment

Duane Morris LLP seeks a staff attorney on a part-time/hourly remote work basis for its labor and employment practice group.  The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years' experience in employment law matters with a primary responsibility in drafting employee handbooks and workplace policies, including updating and maintenance of sample and template handbooks, workplace policies, separation and settlement agreements, investigation documentation, employment-related forms, and customization of such documents for specific clients and jurisdictions. The right candidate must be detail-oriented with strong research, organizational and writing skills and the ability to keep abreast of employment law developments in multiple jurisdictions.  Skilled in drafting policies, procedures, forms and work-flow materials, maintaining repositories of forms, templates and samples to assist with efficient drafting of documents.  Candidate must be strategic and detail oriented, possess proven analytical skills, have a high sense of urgency, be able to multi-task and have the ability to prioritize along with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients.  Strong academic and writing credentials along required.  Candidate can work remotely in the Philadelphia, New Jersey or New York areas along with state bar admission in PA, NJ and/or NY depending on location. EOE/AA/M/F/D/V.
