Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a highly motivated corporate associate to join its health law practice in the Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of healthcare regulatory experience. Experience counseling health care clients on business and transaction matters and federal and state regulatory issues, including privacy and security, fraud and abuse, licensing and other regulatory issues is preferred. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington. The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills and experience in a law firm environment.
