Long Island Law firm. 3-5 years out or more.  Experience with both HR counseling and litigation defense.  Experience in counseling NY issues, other states and federal a plus; responsive and communicative with clients; litigation experience should include discrimination, FMLA, wage and hour, meal and rest break, overtime, etc.  Class action defense experience a plus.
