Qualified applicants will have a background of increasing responsibility in transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale transactions, commercial financing, and real estate. Preferred candidate will have 5 plus years' experience and must possess strong organizational, research and drafting skills, superior interpersonal, communication and client relationship skills, a dedicated work ethic, and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within time-sensitive deadlines.COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PARALEGALReid and Riege is seeking a paralegal with commercial real estate and business transactional experience. Responsibilities will include working on a variety of commercial business transactions including formations, mergers and acquisitions, borrowing and lending transactions, asset purchase and sale agreements, UCC filings, and general corporate governance. Position requires excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills, communication and organizational skills.
