Legalpeople (formerly known as The Partners Group) is currently staffing a NEW 3 plus month contract or temporary position for an attorney with 5 plus years of M&A and general corporate law firm experience.  In order to be considered, the successful candidate must have 5 plus years of transactional experience with at least 2 of those years being large or mid-sized law firm corporate M&A experience. This position is with a very collegial large law firm in Midtown.  This position could start as early as mid-November. 
 
This position will require someone to work 30 to 40 hours a week at the firm’s location in Midtown although some remote work may also be allowed as needed.  The hourly rate is VERY COMPETITIVE as this client is willing to pay top dollar for someone with the right experience.  This is an excellent opportunity to work with a client who is flexible on hours and remote work.
