Legalpeople (formerly known as The Partners Group) is staffing a new project for one of our close law firm clients located in Midtown, Atlanta.  The client has a need to bring on a regulatory healthcare attorney to assist their attorneys for 30-40 hours a week for the next 2 months.  This assignment will take place in their Atlanta offices.  Specifically, they are looking for an attorney to assist with healthcare regulatory research and drafting, including federal and multi-state research of hospital, hospice and home health statutes and regulations with regard to acquisitions, physician-relationships, employee medical screenings, background checks, billing and similar regulatory requirements.  The hired attorney must be able to distill findings into concise summaries.
