Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking lateral patent attorneys with 1-6 years of experience in patent prosecution work for our Electronics/Software team. Applicants must have a strong academic record including a degree in electrical engineering, physics or computer science. We will consider candidates with ME degrees who have significant experience with software. Candidates will be considered for our San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Walnut Creek offices. California bar members strongly preferred.
