Moore & Van Allen PLLC has an immediate need in its Charlotte office for an Intellectual Property associate with two to three years of experience primarily in patent prosecution and technology transactional matters. Qualified individuals will have an undergraduate degree in either chemical engineering or chemistry. Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills required. Patent Bar membership is preferred but proper academic degree to sit for patent bar is required.
