Great long-time temp opportunity! Busy corporate legal department in Dallas seeks an attorney with at least 4 years of transactional experience. Knowledge of logistics or supply chain matters required.
Work is expected to involve approximately 15-20 hours/week and must be performed at company's Dallas office. Engagement is expected to last 4-6 months.
Attorney will draft, review and negotiate a variety of domestic and international commercial agreements, develop templates, and assist with RFP responses.
Candidate must have JD from ABA-accredited law school and have worked as a transactional attorney both in-house and at a law firm.
