This position has the potential to turn into a permanent position for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of general corporate, commercial agreement contract drafting and negotiation and securities matters. A strong business acumen and the ability to flourish in a team environment is critical. Public company experience and '34 Act Reporting is preferred.
