Cozen O'Connor's Private Client Services group is looking for a senior associate with approximately six to seven years of trusts and estates litigation experience to join the Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have fiduciary litigation and related counseling experience in complex and high-value disputes representing clients. Experience representing high net worth individuals and families; private and charitable foundations; and individual and corporate fiduciaries is also expected. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with trial practice, the rules of civil procedure, the Pennsylvania Orphans' Court Rules, and the rules of evidence.

Admission to Pennsylvania bar required; New Jersey and New York bar admission preferred.
