IN-HOUSE -- We are working with a busy pharmaceutical company that is looking for an attorney for a great temporary project. Ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of solid experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (including supplier, manufacturing, distribution, business development related agreements, licensing, etc.) and industry specific contracts (clinical trial, etc.).
Candidates MUST have experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably with a generic or OTC company). This is a full-time project that will start immediately. Work must be performed on-site in Westchester, NY.
