Wisniewski & Associates, LLC seeks two attorneys licensed in NJ and NY or PA with 4-10 years’ experience for its multi-state litigation, real estate and land use practice. The successful litigation candidate must have experience handling complex discovery and be able to try cases.   The successful real estate and land use & development law candidates must have a practical understanding of Real Estate transactions and the Municipal Land Use Law and have experience closing transactions and preparing and presenting land use applications. All candidates must be able to work independently and have excellent research, writing and communication skills.
