Recent internal promotion has created need for counsel or partner level attorney (10 plus years) with diverse litigation experience to become part of a four-attorney team responsible for all civil litigation affecting the Company’s business activities on the east coast. This rare and extremely desirable role with a Fortune 150 company requires experience directing litigation strategy and advising clients regarding preferable actions. Responsibilities include evaluating merits of cases, counseling internal business clients, interacting with outside counsel, drafting motions, reviewing pleadings, and participating in settlement conferences, key depositions and trials.  Required capabilities include ability to develop relationships of influence and trust with senior business and legal executives that underscore sound business judgment along with legal skills.  Company values AmLaw 50 firm tenure culminating, ideally, in partnership; federal/appellate clerkship is strongly preferred. In order to be eligible for consideration, candidates must possess AmLaw 100 firm training, substantive expertise in False Claims Act, FAR/government contracts matters and/or bid protest disputes.
