Opportunity:
 
ATL based Headquarters of German based company is actively seeking a DIVISION COUNSEL for North and South America.  Global role.  BUSINESS FLUENCY IN SPANISH STRONGLY PREFERRED. Willing to consider an EEO attorney interested in expanding their skill set.
 
Responsibilities: 

Negotiating, structuring, drafting and reviewing a wide variety of commercial agreements including, but not limited to vendors (including IT), supply, RFP's, commercial leases, and subcontractors both domestically and for the Americas
Managing outside counsel especially in Central and South America
Identify proactive solutions to eliminate or mitigate risks
Draft or update templates where necessary
Immigration matters

 
Qualifications:
 

JD with 3+ years of experience either in a law firm or corporation
Business fluency in Spanish is highly preferred, some Portuguese helpful
Ability to both work independently but also as a team member able to forge legal and business relationships both inside and outside the corporation
Very strong oral and written communication skills
