The Hartford is seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney for its staff legal office in Philadelphia. The position is a unique in-house opportunity for an experienced trial attorney seeking to focus on complex litigation without challenges associated with private practice. The lead trial attorney carries a caseload of some of our most complex/higher exposure product liability, construction, premises operations, and auto liability matters. Candidates must have 10+ years of extensive trial experience and proficiency in law practice, preferably within the insurance defense industry dealing with complex, tort, and general liability matters and license to practice in the state of PA.
