Our Phoenix office is seeking an associate with two to five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions to join the corporate/securities group in Business and Finance Department. The qualified candidate will join our sophisticated practice and work alongside our team of collegial, client service-oriented attorneys. Superior academic credentials and strong communication skills are required.
Our Business & Finance Department has a regional, national, and international practice involving public and private companies and nonprofit organizations. Our clients include companies engaged in technology, manufacturing and service functions; pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, and software as well as financial institutions; investment companies; sports and other franchises; public utilities; and hospitals and health services.
