Duane Morris LLP has an opening in its Chicago office for a third (3rd) year secured lending/commercial finance associate to join its strong and growing Corporate Practice Group, recognized by Chambers USA and IFLR1000 as one of the best inIllinois. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in one or more  of the areas of acquisition financing, cash flow lending, asset based lending, and/or agented syndicated secured financings (with a good familiarity of Article 9 of the UCC). Candidate should have an outgoing and personable personality and a desire to become the best transactional lawyer he or she can be. This opportunity will provide good client contact and lots of deal experience. A strong academic background is required. Illinois bar admission is strongly preferred.
