Coral Gables personal injury boutique law firm is currently seeking a bilingual
(English/Spanish) Legal Assistant with a minimum 3 years experience. The
candidate must have prior work experience in a law firm and should be
organized, self-motivated and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Responsibilities include: E-Filing for Civil and Federal cases, scheduling,
calendaring, following up with medical providers, preparing cases for
demand, assist in completing discovery responses, preparation of pleadings
and agreed orders, transcribe dictation, etc.
Experience with TrialWorks case management software and personal injury
law are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Monday through Friday 10:00AM to 6:00PM
