The San Francisco Office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is actively seeking 2 talented and highly motivated attorneys with experience in Medical Malpractice/Elder Abuse Litigation who meet the following criteria:
5-15 years experience in medical malpractice/elder abuse work including defense of numerous depositions of parties and experts and drafting and arguing dispositive motions;
Experience with law and motion, familiarity with medical causations and standard of care issues;
Able to respond to discovery and comprehensively summarize medical records;
Have solid academic credentials;
Excellent writing, research and communication skills;
Dynamic personality and the desire to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment;
Ability to work cases with minimal supervision;
Must possess California Bar membership.
