You will be assisting senior attorneys with Surrogate’s Court for contested probate matters, contested accounting matters and all other miscellaneous estate administration and trust  proceedings in all counties.
 
Candidate must demonstrate experience in:

T&E litigation
Court appearances
Discovery & Depositions
Strong drafting of pleadings, motions etc.
