A boutique law firm in Daytona Beach that handles a wide range of litigation matters is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have prior law firm experience handling insurance defense, business litigation, aviation, transportation, admiralty, and/or products liability matters. Candidates with technical expertise in engineering or construction would be ideal. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative law firm that often goes to trial.
