TEMPORARY/PART-TIME:   A wonderful opportunity for a commercial litigator seeking part-time work!  A law firm in Washington, DC is looking for a litigation attorney with at least two years of litigation experience to assist with a commercial contract dispute.   The attorney will assist with all aspects of the litigation, currently in the discovery phase, including:
--document review
--document production
--legal research in support of discovery motions
--initial drafts of offensive and defensive motions
--assistance with deposition preparation - identifying key documents, initial drafts of deposition outlines, and preparing exhibits
--assistance with expert discovery.
Attorneys with commercial litigation experience are preferred.  DC bar members are also preferred.  The work will be about 20 hours per week but may fluctuate.    The schedule worked will be established with the law firm and be fairly regular from week to week.   Work must be done on site.
