Lax & Neville LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in broker-dealer and securities arbitration/litigation, commercial litigation and employment litigation, is seeking an Associate with 5-7 years of litigation experience for its New York City office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in broker-dealer/securities law and FINRA regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, strong interpersonal skills, experience as either in-house counsel at a broker-dealer or other financial services industry experience, and an ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team.
Must be an active member of the New York State Bar.
