Our San Francisco and Mountain View (Silicon Valley) offices are seeking mid-level corporate associates with three (3) to six (6) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
