Hone your craft in this thriving and “go to” payments and financial services practice. Work is a mix of regulatory and transactions; however, the desired associate is someone who is adept in (and enjoys!) fintech M&A deals.  You will work alongside the practice group head and other members of this close-knit team, while having substantial autonomy in your day to day.  Mix of responsibilities include (i) advising on M&A deals and investments, (ii) counseling on regulatory matters applicable to money transmitters, payment processors, banks and other consumer-facing financial institutions, and (iii) any other fintech work that you would like to develop.  This is an entrepreneurial group and a like-minded firm.   Requirements for consideration include:  3-5 years of applicable fintech experience in a law firm (or some combination of law firm and in-house experience), top credentials, and an eagerness to be a part of this dynamic and growing practice.  *If interested in elevating your practice at a firm where there is a real opportunity for partnership, then please contact Erin Sears at esears@g-s.com.
