The New York office of Hunton & Williams LLP seeks an associate with three to five years of transactional lending experience to join its Finance Group. Experience representing domestic and international banks, private equity funds and other financial institutions in the US and cross-border syndicated and leveraged finance transactions, project financing, restructuring transactions, and other corporate finance matters is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and be a true team player. New York Bar membership is required.
