Our Government Contracts Practice Group is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our Washington, D.C. office.
The ideal candidate would possess familiarity with most of the issues pertinent to government contractors, and be interested in helping develop a growing practice. In particular, the candidate should possess bid protest experience at GAO and/or the USCFC, strong research and writing skills, experience in negotiating/drafting subcontracts and teaming agreements, and the ability to support M&A and transactional opportunities.
