Negotiation experience and knowledge of IP law are required. The position involves working on technology transactions, license agreements, outsourcing agreements, healthcare information technology, data security and privacy matters, and IP due diligence work in M&A, corporate, healthcare and financing transactions. A technical background is helpful, but not required.
