Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking a highly motivated, full-time associate with three (3) to seven (7) years' experience in litigation to join its Professional Liability and Health Care Law practice group. The  candidate must have excellent skills in writing and oral communications, possess very strong legal research skills and have significant experience in all aspects of trial advocacy (depositions, motions, etc.). 
The successful candidate must be a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar. The candidate should also possess strong marketing interests and skills.
