Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening for a corporate associate in our Chester County (Exton, PA) office.  The ideal candidate will have two to five years of general corporate experience.  The ideal candidate will have experience with negotiating and managing asset purchase transactions. Experience with real estate matters is preferred, including experience with telecommunications, leasing, title and survey, transfer tax, and general real estate matters.  Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required.
