The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in labor and employment law matters, including litigation in federal and state courts, and administrative practice before federal, state, and local agencies; as well as a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills and be a true team player. DC bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC bar is required.
