Cooley LLP has an opportunity available in the Venture Capital/Fund Formation practice of its Palo Alto office. Associates with one to two years of fund formation experience or general corporate experience involving public and private companies (but who wish to focus on venture capital and fund formation), are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have fund formation experience and/or experience representing high growth businesses in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
