The New York office of Hunton & Williams is looking to continue to expand its real estate practice and is seeking a Real Estate associate with 5 to 8 years of experience. Candidates must have experience in a variety of commercial real estate transactions such as sales, acquisitions, financing and joint ventures. This candidate will work with developer, real estate private equity funds and property owner clients of the real estate practice; it is a not a real estate finance or CMBS position. This candidate will have the opportunity to participate in marketing initiatives with this growing real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and be a true team player. New York Bar membership is required.
