TEMPORARY/PART-TIME (PH010320-KA): Our Marlton NJ-based client needs an experienced Contracts Administrator, to handle working with both commercial contracts and government contracts. As of Janauary 8, the client will now consider attorney candidates, Jr to Mid-level, who have actual titled experience as a Contracts Administrator.
 
 
 
You will be reviewing a wide variety of contracts, from NDAs to more complex agreements. You will be reporting directly to the General Counsel. The client is implementing new Contracts Database and Document Management systems over the next few months so experience with a variety of systems will be highly beneficial for this new implementation.
 
 
The client is also a Government contractor and government contract administration is paperwork intensive. Our client requires someone familiar with working on GSA based contracts, who is organized and adept at this type of work. 
 
 
 
Someone with 5 - 7 years’ experience is the target candidate.
 
 
 
The selected candidate must be able to commit to a minimum of 21 hours a week. Work is both on-site and virtual. Excellent opportunity to assist a small and dynamic legal department. 
 
 
 
This assignment has great potential for the right person, but, please note that attorneys would NOT be later considered for a counsel position. The job, in whatever later form, would be in contracts administration.
