Our client is prestigious, well-known Am Law 100 firm. The Real Estate Practice works extensively with private equity clients.

Our client is looking for 2-3 Real Estate Associates to help grow an established Real Estate Practice. The Associate will be working under a well-known real estate partner within the industry.

This position is ideal for an Associate at a large, Am Law 100 firm to make a move to a prestigious Real Estate Practice. This is a very exciting opportunity to work with real estate financing, sales and acquisitions, and joint ventures.

The Associate will have the opportunity to interact with clients directly, as well as bring in new business for the firm. This is a dynamic position, that will be client facing and incredibly challenging. The Associate will be responsible for working on a heavy volume of deals.

Associates in the firm are exposed to different clients on a daily basis while working in a team environment.

The Associate position will be ideal for a candidate that has a high-energy, charismatic personality. We are not just looking for the required skills but also the intangibles.

Exceptional communication skills are required, as the Associate will regularly face clients.

Minimum Qualifications:
*JD from an Am Law Top 20 law school
*3-6 years of experience at an Am Law 100 firm
*Experience in all aspects of real estate, including: financing, JV, sales and acquisitions
*Experience with private equity clients is preferred
*Exceptional academic credentials
*Dynamic personality with a strong entreprenurial spirit
*Willingness to learn new concepts on a daily basis
*Ability to succeed in a high volume, fast paced envrionment
*Willingness to be continually challenged
*Incredibly hard working
