We are seeking a President for VIIAA -- the Title VII Administrators Association. VIIAA provides a professional membership association for those responsible for compliance with Title VII in the workplace, including Title VII Officers/Administrators, Workplace Investigators, Corporate Attorneys, Diversity and Inclusion Officers, and Human Resources professionals.
VIIAA’s President applies Title VII legal expertise and business savvy to lead the Association. The President oversees development of Association content, services, and promotion of the Association through articles, speeches, media relations, industry networking, and more. Content will include matters related to Title VII present and future, non-discrimination in the workplace, #Metoo, legal analysis, and how employers are applying these concepts to enhance their operations.

Location: Company Headquarters, King of Prussia, PA
Responsibilities
Apply exceptional expertise in matters related to Title VII and employment law, including current statutes, regulations, court cases, and how Title VII regulations are being applied to client/prospect environments
Oversee and coordinate content development, including field-leading training, to promote knowledge of, insight into, Title VII and application to prospect/member markets including writing white papers, editing work of others
Provide direct training and client consulting services
Work with VIIAA Executive Director and Marketing/Sales resources to analyze the evolving market, identify opportunities, and ensure content/services are available to serve identified market segments
Serve as author, speaker, media resource to promote the VIIAA brand
Develop and leverage relationships within Title VII regulatory, organizational, and legal communities
Develop, use Advisory Board to monitor alignment between VIIAA content, positions, services, and evolving field needs; provide feedback to ED, Marketing/Sales
Engage regularly with VIIAA community through online platforms, and creation of relevant and timely content
Attend other conferences/events to learn more about market segments/prospects and how VIIAA can map our expertise to their needs
Other duties as assigned.
Travel: Incumbent may expect travel of up to 40%+/- to meet client needs and attend company and/or market-related conferences.
Qualifications
At least five years of legal/business experience related to Title VII, non-discrimination
Exceptional Title VII/Employment Law expertise/leadership
Knowledge of Title VII application within business environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Good strategic thinker
Leadership ability
Self-directed
Able to execute on complex tasks
Supervisory experience
Solid relationship development/networking/interpersonal ability
Human Resources/Diversity and Inclusion background a plus
Business/entrepreneurial background a plus
