Great opportunity for Atlanta-based attorney with experience in legal issues relating to construction, including regulatory compliance.
Resource management corporation located in Macon area seeks an attorney to identify regulatory issues, file licenses and renewals, and maintain licensing records. The attorney will also train personnel on compliance matters and respond to regulatory inquiries.
Prior experience in implementing business processes and developing corporate compliance programs required, as is knowledge of relevant laws, rules and regulations.
Candidates must be in Atlanta area. Qualified candidates can work remotely with periodic travel to Macon and Atlanta corporate offices required.
Work is full-time and expected to last 3-6 months. Potential to become permanent for right person.
Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
