Baltimore law firm seeks a stellar junior associate for a broad based transactions opportunity. Position will encompass general corporate, m&a, real estate, finance, renewable energy, etc. This practice group is highly regarded and the work is an ideal stepping stone to an in-house position due to the broad experienced obtained in this practice. The current opening is due to an associate moving in-house.  The firm clients represented by this practice group have repeatedly recruited the experienced associates.
In this position, you will be involved in sophisticated deals from start to finish. A new person is not expected to have experience in all of the areas that are involved in the deals but must have a solid transactions background from a prestigious law firm.  Non-local candidates must have some tie to the greater Baltimore area.
