Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in our Greensboro, NC office for an estate planning Senior Associate/Counsel in our Taxation and Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of estate planning and estate administration experience in private practice. Experience with estate and trust administration, decanting and trust modifications, fiduciary income tax, charitable gifting, generation-skipping tax planning, asset distribution schedules, life insurance planning and post-mortem tax planning preferred. Large firm experience preferred. Strong academic record and excellent drafting skills required. Candidate must be licensed to practice in the State of North Carolina.
