MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE: Real Estate / Finance

The Princeton office of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate to join its Health Care and Life Sciences Practice.
 
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in complex commercial real estate leases, purchases and sales including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing of various real estate asset classes, including, office, industrial, and retail. Experience with lender-side real estate financing work would be a plus.  Candidates should possess general corporate knowledge and have general commercial loan/finance experience.  Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication and writing skills, and excellent drafting skills.  The firm is looking for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment.  Juris Doctorate degree required, and admission to practice law in New Jersey is mandatory.
